All Games will use FIFA Rules with the following exceptions:
- No offsides
- Substitute entry allowed while players are off field
- Teams: using an illegal player without first informing the referee:
- team will forfeit the game and become ineligible for plays
- player will receive a red card
- Kick Ins vs. Throw Ins
- competitive league kicks – indirect with the exception of penalty kicks below the waist.
- recreational league throw ins – throw ball with both hands from behind and over the head
- Kicks striking the ceiling or lights will result in a goal kick, corner kick or throw in for the appropriate team.
- Slide tackling – not allowed; will result in penalty.
- Goalkeeper cannot punt or distribute the ball over mid-field in the air
- Goal kicks cannot travel over mid-field in the air
- Kick-offs may travel backwards
- Red card the player cannot finish current game or play the next game
- Red card for fighting disqualifies a player from leagues for 1 year
- Yellow card the player must leave the field until play restarts
- Yellow card – issued for spitting
- Youth Coed Leagues – must have two females on field during play; max two carded players per roster.
- Players – can join only one team per age group including divisions.
- Players (girls) – can play boys and girls leagues and may also play up in age
- Players/ Teams – must use benches opposite from the spectator bleachers
- Game Ball – both teams must supply a game ball
- Half Time – 1 minute duration; game clock starts promptly
- Restarts – 6 yards given on all restarts. indirect with exception of penalty kick.
- Game Time – no time added for a late start or extended half time.
- Spitting is not permitted and will result in a yellow card
- Referees can handle any situation(s) that involves them, players coaches or spectators, whether during game play or elsewhere in the facility
- Dome management and staff can issue suspensions in place of a red card to the same degree as a referee
