Field Rental Policies & Expectations

Please review before booking your field time at The Dome Sportsplex.

⏰ Your Field Time & Early Arrival

• Your rental begins and ends exactly at the times listed on your reservation.
• If you arrive early, your team must remain in the lobby until your scheduled start time.
• You must be fully off the field — including players, coaches, parents, conversations, and equipment — by your end time so the next renter may begin promptly.
• All post-session conversations must take place in the lobby, not on the turf.
• Dome staff will provide a 15-minute and 5-minute warning before your rental ends.
• If you are the last group of the night, please exit the building and parking lot promptly to allow staff to complete closing procedures.

🧼 Cleanliness Expectations

Renters are responsible for keeping the field clean. The turf should never have:

• Cracker or chip pieces
• Gum, food wrappers, or debris
• Any trash left by players, coaches, or spectators

Please remind everyone:

• No food or drinks (except water/sports drinks) are permitted on the turf.
• All food and beverages must remain in the lobby only.
• Water and sports drink bottles must be thrown away immediately after use.

Maintaining a clean field ensures player safety and preserves turf quality.

🧹 Setup & Cleanup Time

• If your group needs extra time for setup or breakdown, please contact us in advance.
• We can adjust your reservation and billing if additional time is required.
• This ensures accurate availability for other renters on our booking platform.

⏳ Overtime Billing

• Any field use outside your scheduled time — before your start time or after your end time — is billed in 15-minute increments.
• Entering the field early counts as field usage; please stay in the lobby until your exact start time.
• Overtime charges must be paid before your next billing cycle.
• Accounts with unpaid balances may have field access suspended until resolved.

🚫 Equipment & Airlock Policies

• Moving, adjusting, or rearranging any Dome equipment is not permitted.
• The Airlock may only be used or operated by authorized Dome staff.
